Data Security

bkkbd implements a layered security architecture to protect the personal data it holds against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The following technical and organisational measures are in place:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and bkkbd servers. All connections to bkkbd.org enforce HTTPS. Unencrypted HTTP connections are automatically redirected to HTTPS.

Data Retention

bkkbd retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following retention guidelines apply:

• Active account data: retained for the full duration of your account relationship with bkkbd. This includes your registration details, KYC documents, and account activity records.
• Closed account data: following account closure, bkkbd retains transaction records, KYC documents, and account activity logs for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of closure to satisfy AML obligations, respond to regulatory enquiries, and resolve any outstanding disputes.
• Marketing data: if you have opted in to marketing communications, related data is retained until you withdraw consent. Following opt-out, your details are removed from active marketing lists within 5 business days and suppressed to prevent future re-addition.

After the applicable retention period has elapsed, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual. bkkbd does not retain personal data beyond what is necessary or legally required. Requests for early deletion are assessed against our legal retention obligations and addressed where deletion is lawfully permissible.

Payments and Financial Data Privacy

bkkbd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via regulated mobile wallet providers and card networks. The following specific provisions apply to the handling of your financial data on the bkkbd platform: bkkbd does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete mobile wallet PINs. Payment instrument tokens or masked identifiers are used for transaction matching and withdrawal verification. Full payment credentials are processed exclusively by the relevant payment gateway provider and are not accessible to bkkbd systems or staff.

Transaction records — including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, timestamps, and payment method identifiers — are retained as part of your account history and used for dispute resolution, regulatory reporting, and fraud monitoring. These records are subject to the 5-year post-closure retention period described in the Data Retention section above. Where a Player requests account closure, financial records are retained for the mandatory period even after the account itself is closed.

Section 11

Age Restrictions and Minors

bkkbd is strictly an adult gaming platform. Registration and participation in any gaming activity on bkkbd is permitted only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. bkkbd does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. During the registration process, bkkbd collects date-of-birth information and applies age-gating controls. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

Where the platform integrates third-party gaming content from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, or Spribe, those providers operate their own data processing environments subject to their own independent privacy policies. bkkbd is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party provider whose services are accessed through the bkkbd platform. Players are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party service they interact with directly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

bkkbd reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or platform functionality.
