Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bkkbd ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bkkbd website located at bkkbd.org and all associated gaming services, promotions, and functionalities offered therein. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager of any kind on bkkbd, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are prohibited from gambling by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you must immediately cease using the bkkbd platform. bkkbd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion. These Terms supersede all prior oral or written representations, warranties, or understandings between you and bkkbd relating to the subject matter hereof.

Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this Agreement. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Section 03

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the bkkbd platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account with bkkbd:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bkkbd enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement without exception. Players found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts closed and any funds returned in accordance with applicable law.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on bkkbd.
• You are opening the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Using an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bkkbd or any of its affiliated gaming providers. Such individuals are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities. If you have previously self-excluded from any gaming platform, it is your responsibility to ensure that participating in online gaming is appropriate for you before registering.

bkkbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Section 04

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold one account only on the bkkbd platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identifying information, is strictly prohibited. bkkbd employs technical detection methods to identify duplicate account attempts, and any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice. All funds held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify bkkbd of any changes promptly.
• Your account login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — are strictly confidential and must not be shared with or disclosed to any other person. bkkbd will never request your password through any communication channel. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify bkkbd support.
• bkkbd is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential, or from any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence, shared device use, or failure to log out of an active session on a shared or public device.
• bkkbd may, at its discretion, suspend or close any account that shows signs of security compromise, is being accessed from an unusual number of device types or geographic locations, or where bkkbd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use.

bkkbd processes KYC documents within 24 to 48 hours of submission during normal operating periods. Players who submit complete and legible documentation typically receive verification confirmation by email or platform notification. During periods of high volume — such as BPL season or major ICC tournament periods — processing times may be extended, and bkkbd will provide updates via the platform.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bkkbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkkbd does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the platform:

• Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance only after confirmed receipt by bkkbd's payment gateway. Processing times vary by payment method: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes; Rocket and Upay within 10 minutes; card payments within 15 to 30 minutes subject to card issuer processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent deposit. bkkbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the platform.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily aggregate withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. For high-value withdrawals, additional verification steps may be required by bkkbd's compliance team before funds are released.
• bkkbd does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or card network may apply its own transaction fees independently of bkkbd. Such third-party fees are the Player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows or during periods of payment gateway downtime will be queued and processed in the order received once normal service resumes. bkkbd will communicate scheduled maintenance periods via the platform where possible.

Funds deposited on bkkbd are intended for use in gaming activities on the platform. bkkbd is not a banking institution. Player balances do not accrue interest. Funds held in Player accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule, which may reduce the balance to zero. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

bkkbd offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to cricket tournaments, BPL season, and other sporting events relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms provide otherwise:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotional terms applicable to that offer. Until the wagering requirement is cleared, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the applicable offer terms. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account balance automatically. Expired bonus funds are not refundable and cannot be reinstated.
• bkkbd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to an account, any portion that has not yet been wagered will be removed and any pending wagering requirement cleared. Players who have already placed wagers using bonus funds prior to the cancellation are not affected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts or through the use of shared payment details will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• bkkbd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds, free spins, or associated winnings from a Player's account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of a technical error, or in bad faith contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.

bkkbd may offer loyalty rewards, VIP tier benefits, and seasonal promotions to Players who meet applicable activity thresholds. Participation in such programs is by invitation or automatic qualification and is subject to the specific terms of each program as published on the platform. bkkbd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any loyalty or VIP program at any time.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the bkkbd platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit bonus systems, manipulate game outcomes, or defraud other players or bkkbd. This includes but is not limited to any arrangement between two or more Players to transfer funds between accounts for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements artificially.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any technological aid that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay, circumvents security measures, or enables the automated placing of wagers without genuine human input at the time of each wager.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the bkkbd platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. bkkbd is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in any investigation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage or to accumulate credits not legitimately won. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and must be returned to bkkbd.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process. This includes using another person's identity documents, payment accounts, or contact details to register or transact on bkkbd.

bkkbd employs a combination of automated and manual fraud detection processes operating continuously across all account activity. Accounts flagged by these systems undergo enhanced review. bkkbd's determination in matters of suspected prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

Section 08

Responsible Gaming

bkkbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, employment, or wellbeing, it is important to seek help promptly. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bkkbd account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases, to prevent impulsive limit escalation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a pre-set period of continuous play. This tool helps Players remain aware of the time spent gaming and take breaks as needed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and the account cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period expires (or, in the case of permanent self-exclusion, never).
• Reality Checks: At configurable intervals, bkkbd can display a summary of a Player's session activity — time elapsed, amount wagered, net result — to provide an honest picture of the session's financial outcome. Players are encouraged to use this feature regularly.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the bkkbd platform — including but not limited to the bkkbd brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game presentation layers, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bkkbd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bkkbd platform or its content without the prior written consent of bkkbd. Any unauthorised use of bkkbd's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkkbd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming services provided — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following categories of loss are expressly excluded from bkkbd's liability:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or any of its features.
• Losses arising from internet or mobile network outages, device failure, third-party gateway downtime, or any technical disruption outside bkkbd's direct control that affects access to the platform or the outcome of any wager placed during such disruption.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature, even if bkkbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bkkbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

bkkbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where bkkbd considers an amendment to be material — meaning it significantly alters Players' rights or obligations — bkkbd will provide notice of the change via a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bkkbd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance prior to account closure. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent amendment date.

Section 12

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bkkbd is incorporated and operates. Players acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to varying legal frameworks in different jurisdictions and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation in gaming activities on bkkbd complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bkkbd regarding any transaction, outcome, or account matter, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to bkkbd's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including account identifier, transaction reference where applicable, and the specific resolution sought. bkkbd will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a resolution acceptable to both parties cannot be reached through this internal process, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration mechanism as determined by bkkbd's governing jurisdiction.
